Dying to get out

Some people are alive because its illegal to shoot them...If i could shoot him. i would, i hate to face him everyday and see in his face that i am a failure.Yeah it is such a sin to know nothing about cooking and to not be on your knees and pray to God.

Can i die now ....Can i

To be weak is to be strong.

A friend of mine got a shock yesterday because of some insensitive dude on the forum. I cant really blame her for feeling really violated and weak at the time. It is a natural reaction and i would not say that it is a sign of weakness.

It takes a lot of guts to walk away , to detach yourself and to not stoop at the dude's level. It is for me a sign of being strong, strong enough to acknowledge what just happened and to stand up afterwards. I cant really say what i would have done if some dude mentioned something like that, but i do know that i will just walk away and let karma chase that guy for me.

I was raised a different way and though i can say that i am a girl who feels all those things, i need to act like i am strong and can handle everything even though i cant. You see i was the eldest and it was embedded in my system that i will be the one who would elevate my family's status. My path is already laid out for me and any negative feelings are something that should be suppressed or brushed away so as not to cause a ripple within the family.

Friendship for me is something that has an expiration date, something that wouldn't last if i don't give anything that would benefit them. Most of what i have called friends in the past either just liked me because i am the only one around  or because they need something from me and shortly i stop opening up to people.I was sick of letting them know who i am only to be taken for granted,to be used and to be a substitute for somebody who's missing.

I was fortunate to have the chance to really meet those people who knows me and takes the time to ask how i am.To talk to me even though i am not always the one to initiate the conversation. At least i know that those who stay with me are friends and those who didn't exert any effort are not what they seemed to be.

Meeting a variety of personalities shaped me in a way that made it seemed that i am brave for some.Brave enough to see that not all people will accept me, like me or even respect me.It takes a lot of guts to set out alone but it even more so when you acknowledge that you need somebody which is something that i have a hard time doing until now.

Disappointed over Legion

This movie is on my list to be watched this 2010. The trailer was fantastic and i was thrilled because i was kinda getting sick of the vampire mania.

Since i dont have the funds to watch any movies i decided to watch it from a pirated dvd. The movie started out dark and its not because its pirated, i barely saw anything and i was expecting it to be full of angels(how naive of me) but what i did get is an angel who tried to pass off as a human.

Turns out he saw how mankind still has a few good men and doesn't want to give up on them yet. I was laughing when he said that Gabrielle (messenger of God) is so eager to please because i remembered the Gabrielle from Constantine who is greedy for Power.

Anyways its not really what i expected it to be, the movie is kinda dragging and is lingering on almost every character, most probably so we the audience can understand why he wanted to save humanity from being destroyed. The action started near the end and its not really something that will make you jump out of your feet and say "wow".The fight scene...a wingless angel who switched sides now armed with a gun ...well you cant win against an angel who protects himself with his bullet proof wings right.

If they have wanted to show the audience a different side of the angels, they certainly did show how bad they can be just so they can uphold the greater good. This movie is definitely not for those who wants action and those who are bored easily. But if you wanted to just have a glimpse of bad angels, you can sleep it off and just have your seat mate wake you up before credits roll in.

Honest mechanics where are you ?

Having my own ride is something that i would want to have in the near future.I figure that owning an automobile would make my life easier and would teach me a thing or two on memorizing places. I was used to commuting and even though it would take me to my desired destination, i would be on the losing end if those drivers decided to take a rest and leave passengers like me stranded.

I am no expert when it comes to cars and even recognizing their brand is something that i am having difficulty with, i think the only brand that i do recognize is a Honda Civic which is what my best friend owns. He is so far the only person that i trust to tell me about the best, cheapest or the most durable car on the market. Some are only concern on how the car would look like and how they can attract chicks with it so i dare not ask them about cars.

He recently took his car to a mechanic to have the head gasket checked and when i asked him how the check up went and how much it cost, he just pulled out his empty wallet and sigh. Now i know why he cant eat that much , it was because of that and the recent modifications that he had done to his car.

Based on what i do hear about from my other guy friends, maintaining a car is itself a challenge of logic and vanity. It will also drain you of whatever savings that you have if and when the car brakes down when you least expect it.They have also mentioned that coercing a car owner into buying something useless for his car is the most common scheme of repair shops nowadays. Some are fortunate enough to realize that they have been tricked while others remain in secrecy, not having the courage to complain and be humiliated. So having a mechanic who is honest enough to fix it without overcharging is something that is rare to come by.

I chanced upon a site that looks promising and can be a great help to car enthusiasts and for those dreaming to have one of their own. It has a search engine for Los Angeles auto repair  shops with the most positive feedbacks of satisfied customers. They also keep your information so you wont have to repeat yourself everytime you go there. Its like having a trusty advisor who knows a great deal about you and how to handle your problems.

Too bad its not located here, otherwise i would have recommended my friend to go there.

Adgitize is back

Yipee adgitize is back again, i was worried when it was down for two days. I was used to clicking 100 ads per day and it kinda threw off my routine. Im not really sure how we are going to b compensated for those two days that we have missed but i sure hope that it would be something worthwhile.

Oh well lets see what will happen next .....

I signed up for Socialspark!

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

SocialSpark was recommended by a good friend of mine and though i was not really in a hurry to sign up, i was curious and decided to see what this site is all about and what it can offer me. I browsed around and found the site friendly and inviting. I was tempted and after a couple of minutes i surrendered and signed up for an account.

Signing up for an account is very simple and will not require you to fill up complicated forms. After a minute, a confirmation email was sent to my address and i clicked it right away so i can begin exploring the site.

At the first page, opportunities are shown and i was ecstatic for the opportunities that await me if ever  i do continue to be an active blogger here. The possibilities seems endless because they not only provide bloggers the opportunity to earn extra money, they also encourage their users to connect to those who have the same interest.

For a blogger like myself who loves to write, this site has provided me with interesting ways to earn and have fun at the same time.

Application for a passport

Since im planning to go abroad, i decided to go ahead and apply for a passport. I was accompanied by a new friend of mine who thought that his passport is due today, turns out that he will be able to claim it the next day. He was kind enough to guide me on the tedious process of applying for one, even giving me vital information to save me the time and money.

The line is long and fortunately the process is not as frustrating as when applying for an NBI clearance. We started the process about 10 am and i was able to finish the first phase near eleven so it was fast. I was scared to find that i have to go back there for the verification of requirements but i was assured that it wouldn't take long.

Hopefully i would not have any problem on the 2nd phase since i am planning to have it process for 7 days for  an additional 250 pesos and hiring either LBC,2go or Air21 to have it delivered at my house.

Cars anyone

I have a best friend who is a total addict when it comes to cars.So addict that he tells me everything about his car whenever we get together. It is really annoying at first till i researched online and found out what head gasket means through Repair Pal.

Just so you guys know what i am referring to, this company is located at Emeryville,California and has been founded on 2007.Growing weary and tired from dealing with overcharging mechanics, vehicle enthusiasts and entrepreneurs decided to form a company aiming to share their knowledge with others at a fair price.

I am not much of a car fanatic like him so it was interesting for me to see that they have a list of Car brands like
Honda Civic with their corresponding symbols illustrated on the site. It also have helpful tips on the what, where and hows of repairing any part of the car which is perfect for new car owners or for those who are planning to buy one in the near future.

A search engine for the Los Angeles auto repair with the most positive feedbacks of satisfied customers is embedded on the site so you can find one near your location.Since most mechanics have a tendency to make a simple problem look complicated making the costs of repair so much higher than anticipated, knowing where to get your car fixed at a reasonable price is a blessing on its own. They also keep your information so you wont have to repeat yourself everytime you go there. Its like having a trusty advisor who knows a great deal about you and how to handle your problems.

So if you are lost on how you can cope with a car enthusiast or you just want to know more about cars. Why dont you look up their site on the internet, im sure you'll find it informative  and who knows you might become a fanatic just like my bestfriend.

Awaiting Take off

I was offered a job in U.A.E by a good friend of mine and since the deal is going to be sealed by March, i have a month to find a part time job so i have something that will give me some sort of income. I have received my backpay and although it is enough for me to survive for a couple of months, imagining the amount to become smaller and smaller is something that i want to avoid.

I have a couple of applications that is still pending and if fate permits i would want to work a little while before eventually going abroad. Actually going abroad to work is something that just lingers on my mind from time to time. It still depends on the work offered since the job description given isnt specific enough for me to figure out what to really prepare myself for. Plus the nagging conversations that me and my boyfriend had is making me consider that there are a lot of things that i really need to think about before plunging myself into something that i know nothing of.

Im not exactly sure where i'll end up in the end, im torn and though i have decided to go there, i really really wanted to be sure that it would be the best offer that i have. As ive said to a friend, im not pessimistic im just being realistic.

Think before Spending

Money is something that needs to be earned and for you to possess a staggering amount, hard work, perseverance and sacrifices are needed. A lot of us look at money as something that needs to be used the moment it lands on our hands, its as if it would expire the moment we take it out of bank.

I do not understand how some can think like that and live for many years, slowly becoming a slave of debt, living a life of extravagance that they cant afford in reality. I often advised my officemates to save money, to have at least savings of their own so they can survive for months if  they lose their jobs. However those fail to reach their ears ,even if they do try to follow my advice they have no money to put on banks since they are already promised to the creditors.

Since i consider myself a good handler when it comes to money, i try to learn as much as i could so i can be secure and my assets (if any) are protected in the future.

Insurance  for me is a worthy investment for someone who would want security after their prime years, it is something that would sustain you when you are already on the verge of retiring. It is also one way of making your money grow, faster than when you deposit it on the bank.

The type of insurance depends on the lifestyle of the consumers and what they specifically can afford. It is of utmost importance that the term chosen is something that would not be a burden to them , instead it should give them breathing space to invest on other things or to go on their everyday lives as if nothing has changed.

The coverage is also something that should be taken into consideration, the rates should equal the coverage that you agreed to otherwise the rates will be hollow and will not fully protect you when the times that you need it the most.

So now that I've given you something to think about.Think before spending all those cash. You have earned it and you deserve to enjoy it the right way and at the right time.

My first date

Hi nikogirl i am so sorry for entering my link and forgetting my post. Anyways as promised....

I am not really sure on when my first date really took place but what i do remember is that my ex took me to fastfood chain then afterwards he decided to take me to a nearby park.Guess what that park is Luneta Park.

We would set up all the newspapers in the area chosen and then lie on it under a nearby tree while talking about sweet nothings. Its kinda cheap i know but it was what he can afford at that time just so we can be together. I remember going there every Sunday from morning and then leaving when its about to get dark.

I was always afraid of what my dad would say back then, his suspicions always being confirmed afterwards when i am unable to answer some of his questions. I felt like they were being foolish back then, always putting me in line however i do understand their concern since teenage pregnancy is rampant at the time.

We were like that for almost 6 yrs sneaking around, eventually i got tired and broke up with him much to the delight of my parents. I saw the flaws that my parents did  however i never did forget his perfections, the traits that made me fall in love for him.

My ex is now married with a little girl named Cherish Jamie while i am happily in a relationship with a guy that i love to bits.

Worse Day Ever

I have just spent 5 hours  in Victory Mall just so i can renew my NBI clearance. It was exhausting ,tiring and i think i may have developed a phobia for long lines. You see, i though that having a copy of my last NBI clearance wouldnt take me long.I tried renewing my clearance on a mobile office located in Park Square however since the barcode on my copy is not readable,  they refer me to the main office.

The personnel from Park Square said that i am to go there and go directly to Step 5.Well when i did go to the main office,I have to wait in line for an hour just so i can i go inside, once in there i decided to go to Step 5.However they informed me i have to go to step 4 to have my picture taken again.

when i did reach the counter to have my picture taken, i was informed to have my copy validated. So i have to go to the validation area, since there are two types of validation, i proceeded to the 1st. Turns out i have to go to the 2nd one which is for those who applied on a mall for renewal.

After i passed the validation, i was asked again to proceed to  Step 4 to have my image recaptured then to Step 5 counter where i was stuck for an hour. There i was informed to return on Jan 21.

Good thing i met two loony guys whom I've talked to when i was stuck in line otherwise i would have literally died waiting. The other guy was asked to go back again on the same date as me, the other im not really sure.

High on chocolates

Since i am hungry right now, my mind is swarming with thoughts on what  to eat next when i get the urge to stand up. My supposed dinner is in the kitchen and since im nearer to the ref, i figured i'll just munch on something while im here in front of the pc.

Chocolates...yeah we have lots of those lying around since Christmas,so much that i havent had much choice on what to east in between meals. Its either you go to the trouble of going to the grocery to buy a lot of junk foods or you just dig into the chocolate bars.So chocolate it is.

The kind of chocolates that i do like are the dark ones, im not particularly fond of sweet gooey ones that will make my blood sugar soar above the ceiling after a bite and im not friends with the white ones either.Ive read that the dark types are healthier compared to their sweet siblings and even contains nearly 8 times the amount of antioxidants found on strawberries.

It is also said that a small bar of these everyday can help lower the bad cholesterols by up to 10 percent and can also lower high blood pressure. Your heart will thank you too because eating it releases substances that triggers endorphin productions, making you feel giddy and happy. It also contains serotonin which acts as an anti depressant.

So the next time that you feel the need to indulge on sweets , try reaching for the ones often ignored. The dark ones, your body will thank you for it .

DIY or Hire others

Bloggers all over share a passion for writing and sharing their experiences online using their blogs.Being recognized by other bloggers and  having a PR rank of 3 or 4 is even better. However it takes a lot of time in order for their site to reach these rankings.Visiting dozen of sites, leaving behind comments, link exchange or badge exchange, registering on online directories are some of what they have to go through.

For some who have the money to spare, they hire companies like discountclick.com so they will be the one to handle the back breaking work while you concentrate on making quality articles that the readers can relate to and enjoy.

They offer premium  link building services to boost up your sites popularity and ensures that the links made on your site is valuable and relevant to what your site is all about. The consumer have the option to choose whether it is per link, the basic package or the premium package based on their needs and budget.

Ensuring that you also be the word of mouth among the bloggers is their other promise so you can generate traffic and have an extra income on the side. So what are you waiting for, i've given you the options now you decide.

A time comes in your life -The continuation

Here is the continuation

You also stop working so hard at putting your feelings aside, smoothing things over and ignoring your needs.you learn that feelings or entitlements are perfectly OK..and that it is your right to want things and to ask for the things that you want...and that sometimes it is necessary to make demands. You come to the realization that you deserve to be treated with love, kindness, sensitivity and respect ;and you wont settle for less ...and in the process you internalize the meaning of self respect.

You learn that your body is really your temple , and you begin to care for it and treat it with respect. You begin eating a balanced diet ,drinking more water and taking more time to exercise. You learn that fatigue diminishes the spirit and can create doubt and fear.So you take more time to rest .and, just as food fuels the body ,laughter fuels our soul .So you take more time to laugh and to play.

You learn that for the most part in your life you get what you believe you deserve...that much of life truly is a self-fulfilling You learn that anything worth achieving is worth working for ,and that wishing for something to happen is different from working toward making it happen.

More importantly, you learn that in order to achieve success you need direction, discipline and perseverance .You also learn that no one can do it all alone and that it is OK to risk asking for help.

You learn that the only thing that the only thing you must truly fear is the great baron of all time:FEAR itself .You learn to step right into and thruogh your fears because you know that whatever happens you can handle it ,and to give in to fear is to give away the right to live life on your terms. And you learn to fight for your life and not to squander it living under a cloud if impending storm.

You learn to think that life isnt always fair ,you don't always get what you think you deserve ;and that sometimes bad things happen to unsuspecting good people. On these occasions you learn not to personalize things.

You learn that life isnt punishing you or failing to fulfill your dreams. It's just life happening. And you learn that negative feelings such as anger ,envy, resentment must be understood and redirected or they will suffocate  the life out of you ,and poison the universe that surrounds you.

You learn to admit when you are wrong and to build bridges instead of walls .You learn to be thankful and to take comfort in many of the simple things we take for granted, things that million of people upon the earth can only dream about:a full refrigerator ,clean running water ,a soft and warm bed, a long, hot shower.

Slowly you begin to take responsibility by yourself, and you make yourself a promise never to betray yourself and never ever settle for less that your heart's desire. And you hang on a wind chime outside your window so you can listen to the wind. And you make it a point to keep smiling ,to keep trusting and to stay open to every wonderful opportunity.

Finally with courage in your heart and a deeper understanding ,you take a stand; you take a deep breath ;and you begin to design the life you want to live as best as you can.

A time comes in your life

I was browsing through my stuff the other night and found a clipping of an article that i kept on a diary. It was something that ive read every time i feel that i am amounting to nothing and reaching nowhere. So i just wanted to share it with you guys in the hope that this will inspire something in you just like it did for me.

A time comes in your life when you finally get it...when in the midst of all your fears  and insanity you stop dead in your tracks, and somewhere the voice inside your head cries out -ENOUGH

Enough fighting and crying out or struggling to hold on.and like a child quieting down after a blind tantrum, your sobs begin to subside and you shudder once or twice , you blink back your tears , and through a mantle of wet lashes you begin to look at the world through new eyes. This is your awakening.

You realize that its time to stop hoping and waiting for something to change or for happiness , safety and security to come galloping over the next horizon. You come to terms with the fact that he is not Prince Charming and you are not Cinderella and that in the real world there aren't always fairy tale endings(or beginnings for that matter)and that any guarantee of "happily ever after" must begin with you :and in the process a sense of security is born of acceptance.

You awaken to the fact that you are not perfect and that not everyone will always love , appreciate or approve of who are what you are ...and thats OK(They are entitled to their own views and opinions)And you learn the importance of loving and championing yourself and in the process a sense of new found confidence is born of self approval. You stop complaining and blaming others for the things they did to you(or didnt do for you)and you learn that the only thing that you can really count on is the unexpected.

You learn that people dont always say what they mean and mean what they say ,and that not everyone will always be there for you: and that its not always about you.So you learn to stand on your own and to take care of yourself :and in the process  a sense of safety and security is born to accepting people as they are , and to overlokk their shortcomings and human frailties , and in the process a sense of peace  and contentment is born of forgiveness.

You learn to open up to new worlds and different points of view. And you begin reassessing and redefining who you are and what you really stand for.You learn the difference between wanting and needing. You learn that principles such as honesty and integrity are not outdated ideals of  a bygone era ,but the mortar that holds together the foundation upon which you must build a life. You learn that you dont know everything ,and that its not your job to save the world ...and that you cant teach a pig to sing.

You learn to distinguish between guilt and responsibility ,and the importance of setting boundaries ,and learning to say NO.You learn that the only cross to bear is the one that you choose to carry and that martyrs get burnt at the stake.

Then you learn about love ,Romantic love and familial love. How to love ,how much to give in love, when to stop giving and when to walk away. You learn not to project your needs or your feelings onto a relationship.
You stop trying to control people ,situations and outcomes .You learn that just as people grow and change,so it is with love ...and you learn that you dont have the right to demand love on your terms...just to make you happy. And that alone does not mean lonely..And you look in the mirror and comes to terms with the fact that you will never be a size 5 or a perfect 10 and you stop trying to compete with the image inside your head and agonizing how you "stack up"

Whew this article is kinda long so im just going to post the continuation of this on my next post.

Wicked Site

I consider myself a researcher before a shopper in a sense that i try to gather everything there is on a product that i intend to buy. The reason is that i would want to  invest on something that would make me happy and content, it would be a waste if i would buy something so extravagant only to realize in the end that i was not satisfied right?

Since i am on a pc everyday researching and browsing, i found a website that would be of great help to consumers who would want to "do their homework" before spending their hard earned cash. It is designed for Australian citizens however i found the general  information there to be useful regardless of the location of the consumer.

Shopwiki Au  is the site that i am talking about. It is not part of Wikipedia however it does use the wiki software, enabling users to edit or add information that may be valuable to consumers in the future.

I was looking on the digital cameras guide  and found it educational because i know little about digital cameras. I know how to shoot pictures with it however im not that familiar on the features that would most suit me if i do decide to buy one.

The guide explains why you would want one,the features to look out for, the type of cameras and my favorite, the jargons area.Furthermore, it also provides you with the prices and the stores that carries the camera of your choice.

It is perfect for those who have the urge to buy and yet doesn't have anything specific in mind. So visit their site, im sure you'll all appreciate the information that they have just like i do.

Lovin the groove of Jason Mraz

There are a lot of artists emerging one after another, their music is as hypnotic as their personality. They gain a lot of fans and when its time to hear them sing live...You wonder if you've been duped because the voice you are hearing is so far fetched from the voice that you have listened over and over from their cd.

Most of the artists nowadays have their own voices remixed so it is really a big treat for fans if they have an idol who has an amazing voice regardless if its live or recorded. One such artist is Jason Mraz. I have watched his videos on youtube and wow he can really sing. His voice is the same or even better when he is singing his songs live on concerts.

For me he is someone who sings from the heart because every emotion on the song is something that everyone can relate to. It talks of poignant experiences that may have happened to others and it is written in a way that illustrates the pain and somehow the irony of the situation itself.

The way he uses the words and somehow making every little thing connected to it is amazing. To listen to him adlib his way when he is still adjusting his guitar ,making up stories to just play with the audience makes me feel that he is a genuine person whom you can really reach out to and grab by the hand.

His humor is infectious and the subjects are not really funny in itself but is something that is usually ignored unless it is pointed out. It makes you think and laugh off things that bothers you.

When it comes to his music, for me it is something that will make you think of the sun, ocean and travelling. Ive often had his songs played when im travelling since it makes me feel relaxed and eager for the journey ahead. Sometimes, it makes me reminisce of the loves i lost along the way, the pain that i felt at that time and how i found myself again. Oftentimes it just makes me laugh out loud on how the heck he made something really ordinary into something that tickled the imaginations of the audience who is listening to his songs.

If i would have the chance to just corner him and talk to him, i would be thrilled to take off ....umm not his clothes....although that would be satisfying as well, his hat and just seat with him to peak into his mind just so i can figure out how he makes something really amazing.

New curves

Yep i am a new woman now thanks to Laybare Libis Branch lol. Nah i didn't go there to avail of their Brazillian wax , i just tagged along because my friends have standing appointments for that particular service .Since i was there already, i decided to have my eyebrows threaded. My eyebrow needs a bit of maintenance since it was a couple of months already and they have no shape at all.

Even though it wasn't my first time, it still hurt. I can feel every hair being pulled by the thread and i was just thankful that the attendant was skilled and fast so it didn't hurt that long. she cautioned me not to was the area for 4 hours and put an antibacterial ointment on it.

When i looked at my brows, they looked  decent enough. My face somehow changed since it made me look more professional and polished. The whole process took about 15 minutes or less so i was left on the reception area to wait for my other friends to finish up.

You may wonder how women can take all those pain right. Its not that were masochistic girls who gets off feeling pain. Its just, as they say the price to pay to be beautiful

My Dream house

I am a fan of the MTV cribs and seeing artists with mansions that they call home often makes me wonder if i will ever get the chance to have one property under my name.Considering how the economy is today and the lack of the steady income on my part well, its is kinda far fetched today to have a mansion.Nevertheless, one can always dream right ?  So with the pictures still fresh on my mind, i searched on the net for a home that is as grand and luxurious as the one ive seen on the tv and this is what i came up with.

I found this picture on the net and instantly fell inlove with the place, who wouldnt be right ? The place is magnificent, the view is breathtaking and i could very well imagine a princess peering on the balcony ,waiting  for a shooting star to fall so she could wish for a prince charming to sweep her off her feet

Since i was in awe and caught up with this picture in drew in my head, i found myself craving to see some more pictures of this place.I searched for the source  and found that it is one of the properties being sold on Paradise Valley Real Estate. It is said to  have exclusive resorts and golf courses available for the enjoyment of its residents, which included some of the legendary stars that has graced the covers of magazines and papers

I researched some more and found the view of some of the houses to be the Camelback Mountain which is considered to be the Landmark icon of the Phoenix,Arizona .This mountain  offers four different trails with varying degrees of difficulty from easy to strenuous, you can bite-off as much as your time allows. Those facts made me even more starstruck with the place and since the site is user-friendly and has MLS Virtual Mapping,it allowed me to view the houses like never before, as if i was i really there.

After i exhausted myself looking at all the pictures of the properties they sell, i decided to bookmark their site and take note of the Holm Group in Scottsdale , Arizona as one of the places to visit when i do go to America. Maybe i'll purchase one of their houses when i get to be a millionaire since they represent  buyers and sellers alike in a variety of transactions all over the Valley.

Now Zara’s living with her grandmother in sleepy, cold Maine so that she stays “safe.” Zara doesn’t think she’s in danger; she thinks her mother can’t deal.

Wrong. Turns out that guy she sees everywhere, the one leaving trails of gold glitter, isn’t a figment of her imagination. He’s a pixie—and not the cute, lovable kind with wings. He’s the kind who has dreadful, uncontrollable needs. And he’s trailing Zara.

Addicted with Sookie Stackhouse

I have been reading a lot of vampire themed books lately.Starting with Twilight and after i finished reading the 4 books on that saga, i began to search for other books that has the same theme. I found a lot of books and one of them is the Southern Vampire Series ,which is now known as either the Sookie Stackhouse series or Trublood Series.

I havent seen the series yet but im finding the book very addicting and i'm unable to put it down. I am fascinated with the lead character Sookie because she always tries to do the right thing regardless if it would lead to trouble. It is also funny how she attracts the attention of every supernatural being, having two vampires attracted to her, a fairy for a protector( sort of), a werewolf trying to court her, a were panther who thinks she is a suitable breeding partner,a shifter(her boss) having hidden desires for her and most recently a weretiger wanting to date her.

Anyways,I had just finished the 5th book and it was so fantastic that ive finished reading it after an hour.Since i so wanted to read the next one, i went to a bookstore earlier to get it .I didn't wrote the title so i bought the wrong book, should have bought definitely dead instead of the all together dead one so im off to the book store next week to buy the right one this time.

I also bought her other book, A Touch of Dead, which contained short stories on Sookie as well. I was so lucky to have found it since all the other branches just had the Hard bound Version of it. I would have wanted to read it after i finished the 8 books but lets see if i can hold out that long. hehehhee
